Mission Statement
Care Farming
Willow Tree Farming is an 60 acre working family farm set in the Norfolk countryside. We provide health, social or education care services for a range of vulnerable groups of people including those with mental health problems, people suffering from mild to moderate depression, adults and children with learning disabilities, children with autism, those with drug or alcohol addiction history, disaffected or disadvantaged young people, adults and people on probation.
Each individual will be assessed by a mental health professional enabling us to provide a supervised, structured and evidence based programme to meet their needs and promote positive change. You can read about some of the activities our Care Farm programmes may include, here.
Willow Tree Farming is open all year round and can provide some weekend and evening sessions. We offer either structured group work or more specialised one to one work in a safe environment.
Our session times and length vary to meet the needs of the individual.
Referrals
We accept referrals from all agencies and welcome self-referral.
Initial referral is to be made by telephone. An interview will then be arranged to meet us, have a look around the farm and discuss a way forward.
Costs will vary depending on the programme chosen. See some example activities.
